FOUR-year-old Walaa (pictured) is enjoying the new addition at Meadows Kindergarten - a sandpit.
It was 'officially opened' last week by UnitingCare Sunshine and Broadmeadows chief executive Joy Nunn and Brunswick Lodge Freemasons master Bob Found.
Freemasons donated $2000 towards the sandpit.
The Broadmeadows kindergarten has 67 children from a range of cultural backgrounds and its programs are play-based.
If the kinder gets additional funds, it will be able to add in a flowerbed and turf around the sandpit to finalise the outdoor space for the children.
