HUME residents can learn an ancient philosophy behind enduring happiness through sessions based on Buddhist meditation beginning this Sunday.
Sessions are at the Peaceful Land of Joy Meditation Centre at 1425 Mickleham Road, Yuroke, from June 17-November 4. Cost is $10 per class.
