HOMICIDE squad detectives have appealed for public assistance to find a woman who may be able to provide further information regarding the death of Gurshan Singh Channa.
Police believe the woman may have stopped to assist a motorist driving a Dark Green VT or VN Commodore between noon and 3pm on March 4 somewhere in the northern suburbs.
It is believed the 23-year-old Gursewak Dhillon, charged with manslaughter by criminal negligence over Gurshan’s death, was driving a vehicle in the northern suburbs before it ran out of fuel.
The woman is said to have assisted Dhillon by driving him to the service station.
