Glimpses of Iraq

31 Jan, 2012 12:00 AM
HUME resident Yosef Al-Mussawi has organised an Iraqi art exhibition of about 25 paintings.

On display are acrylic paintings and sketches that detail Iraqi and Australian history.

Al-Mussawi, who created many of the paintings himself,

says many people have visited the exhibition since it began in January, so it has been extended for a further six weeks.

The exhibition is at the Hume Global Learning Centre from 9am-5pm until March 3.
